LSUA Fall Commencement

LSUA will graduate 150 students at the fall commencement ceremony.

LSU of Alexandria will hold its Fall Commencement Ceremony in the Alexandria Riverfront Center on Thursday, December 14 at 10:00am.

A total of 150 students are expected to earn 156 degrees with several individuals earning more than one degree or a degree and a post baccalaureate certificate. This will be the largest fall graduating class in LSUA’s history.

Republican State Senator Gerald Long will serve as this year’s commencement speaker. Senator Long is serving his third term in the Louisiana State Senate service Senatorial District 31. He is a champion in protecting higher education, specifically ensuring that TOPS remains fully funded. Senator Long has three children, nine grandsons, and one granddaughter.
