Homecoming Week 2018

Get ready for a full slate of fun for Homecoming 2018.

LSUA is ready to celebrate Homecoming February 19-24 with a full slate of events. 

Beginning on Monday, student organizations will be gin with their spirit sheet design contest based around this year's Homecoming theme of Unmask Your Spirit.

On Tuesday at 5:00, the Division of Student Engagement will host the Total U Series that will feature a segment on Money Matters. 

On Wednesday, students will be able to get a free Homecoming t-shirt by swapping one with another university name on it for an LSUA shirt. The swap will take place from     11-1. 

Thursday will feature the gumbeAux cookout with local cooks preparing their best gumbo for students, faculty, and staff. The event will take place from 11-1 on the Quad. 

On Friday, the Homecoming court will be honored with a brunch in the Brumfield Caffey Ballroom at 10:00am. Later in the evening, the king and queen will be crowned during halftime of the men's basketball game. Other sports taking place that day include a softball doubleheader beginning at 2:00pm and women's basketball tipping off at 5:00 followed by the men at 7:00. Also, everyone is invited to participate in the tailgate event sponsored by the Rotary Club beginning at 4:30pm outside The Fort.

Saturday features another tailgate event sponsored by LSUA Alumni & Friends from 11:00am until 2:00pm outside the baseball and softball complex. Games include softball at 10:00am, women's tennis at 11:30am, women's basketball at 5:00pm, and men's basketball at 7:00pm.
